5th Grade Supply List
The following supplies should be given to the teacher. Please DO NOT LABEL these items.
Please feel free to remove items from the package and place them in one bag.
12 folders with prongs and pockets, any color
48 pencils
4 packs of notebook paper (college or wide-ruled)
4 glue sticks (no bottled glue)
2 highlighters, any color
4 black Flair pens
2 regular Sharpies (not fine point), any color
1 set of large markers (like regular Crayola)
1 set of colored pencils
2 canisters of wipes
1 rectangular box of tissue
6 spiral notebooks, any color
2 black and white composition books
2-4 dry erase markers, any color
at least 25 cap erasers (more is even better)
3x5 white index cards
The following items should be kept in a zipper pouch. Please, do not bring hard-sided pencil cases.
scissors
protractor
hand-held pencil sharpener
2 highlighters
1 pack of skinny markers
1 pack of 24 crayons
ruler (it may not fit in the pouch, but everyone should have one)
The following items should be labeled with your child’s name and placed in individual Ziploc bags with your child’s name on them.
